Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as an inspirational role model and support the Deputy Store Manager in managing store operations and team performance
• Take full responsibility for all store areas and team members in the absence of the Deputy Store Manager
• Support the recruitment process, staff planning, and performance measurement
• Drive the team to achieve location performance targets and KPIs
• Implement and maintain a customer-centric mindset to build a loyal customer base
• Ensure all procedures are executed and company policies are followed
• Monitor competitors and local market trends to share relevant findings with the management team

Requirements

• Previous management experience in a fashion and lifestyle retail environment
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, at all levels
• Proven ability in networking and building professional relationships
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the needs of a busy retail business
• A willingness to constantly learn and develop professionally
