Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as an inspirational role model and support the Store Manager in managing all store areas and team members.
• Drive the team to achieve location performance targets and KPIs.
• Take full responsibility for store operations and team management in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Support the Store Manager with recruiting, staff planning, and performance measurement.
• Implement a customer-centric mindset to build and maintain a loyal customer base.
• Ensure all company procedures, policies, and tools are executed correctly.
• Monitor competitors and local market trends to share insights with the Area Manager.

Requirements

• Previous management experience in a fashion and lifestyle retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train team members through active supervision.
• Strong commercial acumen and deep brand knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
• Experience in networking and building professional relationships.
• Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
