Responsibilities

  • Promote an engaging and positive work environment that fosters teamwork
  • Ensure sales associates provide best-in-class customer service to drive sales
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to company specifications
  • Resolve customer service issues using sound business judgment
  • Develop and improve store operations to exceed customer expectations
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, eCommerce, and operations teams
  • Assist in daily staffing plans and oversee the sales floor
  • Support the Store Manager in all retail store operations

Requirements

  • Retail management or service industry management experience
  • Passion for people development and customer experiences
  • Self-motivated with exceptional communication skills
  • High degree of flexibility and initiative
  • Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends
