About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote an engaging and positive work environment that fosters teamwork
- Ensure sales associates provide best-in-class customer service to drive sales
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to company specifications
- Resolve customer service issues using sound business judgment
- Develop and improve store operations to exceed customer expectations
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, eCommerce, and operations teams
- Assist in daily staffing plans and oversee the sales floor
- Support the Store Manager in all retail store operations
Requirements
- Retail management or service industry management experience
- Passion for people development and customer experiences
- Self-motivated with exceptional communication skills
- High degree of flexibility and initiative
- Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends
