Responsibilities

  • Help set and achieve sales targets through proactive strategies
  • Implement CRM initiatives to retain and develop high-potential clients
  • Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, policies, and visual merchandising
  • Support inventory control, stock monitoring, and receiving deliveries
  • Delegate tasks, set goals, and ensure compliance with cash handling and brand standards
  • Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff
  • Assist in shift scheduling and performance reviews

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
