Responsibilities

  • Lead by example on the sales floor to ensure high levels of service and client experience
  • Help set and achieve sales targets through proactive strategies
  • Implement CRM initiatives to retain and develop high-potential clients
  • Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, including visual merchandising and policy adherence
  • Support inventory control, stock monitoring, and receiving deliveries
  • Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff
  • Assist with shift scheduling and performance reviews

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the retail industry
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
