About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the team to create a positive, high-energy environment
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Sales Associates and Key Holders
  • Support recruitment, scheduling, payroll, and daily store operations
  • Champion the customer experience through authentic connection
  • Execute visual standards, merchandising updates, and product storytelling
  • Partner with the Store Manager to analyze KPIs and identify opportunities
  • Maintain operational excellence in inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention
  • Contribute to community and marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail leadership (Key Holder or Assistant Store Manager)
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs
  • Ability to lead from the sales floor
  • Organized and detail-oriented with ability to balance priorities
  • Flexible and dependable availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
