About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the team to create a positive, high-energy environment
- Coach, mentor, and develop Sales Associates and Key Holders
- Support recruitment, scheduling, payroll, and daily store operations
- Champion the customer experience through authentic connection
- Execute visual standards, merchandising updates, and product storytelling
- Partner with the Store Manager to analyze KPIs and identify opportunities
- Maintain operational excellence in inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention
- Contribute to community and marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail leadership (Key Holder or Assistant Store Manager)
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs
- Ability to lead from the sales floor
- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to balance priorities
- Flexible and dependable availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
