About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee customer experience and lead by example on the selling floor
- Train, develop, and provide ongoing feedback to store staff
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, promotions, and store cleanliness
- Meet or exceed profitability expectations including sales, payroll, shrink, and conversion
- Execute and comply with all company policies and loss prevention measures
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience driving sales and developing teams
- Proficiency in personal computer use and report analysis
- Ability to perform heavy lifting in excess of 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for a minimum of eight hours during scheduled shifts
- High school education or equivalent preferred
