Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the customer experience by providing regular assessment, coaching, and follow-up with the team
• Train, develop, and provide ongoing feedback to associates regarding product knowledge and selling skills
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, promotions, and overall cleanliness of the sales floor and stockroom
• Drive store profitability by meeting goals in sales, payroll, shrink, and conversion
• Execute and comply with all company policies, procedures, and loss prevention measures
• Manage payroll expectations and assist in supervising sales, desk, and stock associates

Requirements

• Minimum two years of experience driving sales and profit results
• Proven experience training and developing teams
• Proficiency in personal computer use and detailed report analysis
• Ability to lift over 30 pounds
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours during scheduled shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
