Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of boutique team members
• Coach team members on clienteling, relationship-building, and sales performance
• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve and exceed boutique sales goals and KPIs
• Develop and deepen relationships with key luxury clientele and Diamond Club members
• Build relationships within the luxury trade community, including designers and architects
• Execute CRM and client outreach initiatives to strengthen loyalty
• Support daily boutique operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and reporting
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
• Manage inventory, shipment processing, and stock organization

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, interior design, or luxury real estate
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and motivate a team
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with POS systems, CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and networking events

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships within the luxury retail, interior design, architecture, or hospitality community
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
