Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day store responsibilities
• Oversee employees and model effective leadership
• Offer excellent customer service to create a great shopping experience
• Carry out the Manager’s role in their absence
• Develop skills to eventually advance to a Store Manager position

Requirements

• Proven experience in fashion retail, ideally in a managerial role
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Exceptional organizational skills and a customer-first mindset
• Deep understanding of the fashion industry and market trends
