Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as assistant and deputy to the Store Manager, leading by example and motivating colleagues to implement sales-promoting measures
• Provide competent and fashion-conscious customer advice, understanding client needs to promote eyewear as a fashion accessory
• Support the successful integration and onboarding of new team members
• Collaborate within the team to achieve collective goals

Requirements

• Initial professional experience in personnel leadership (ideally as a Store Manager)
• High level of employee and customer orientation
• Ability to remain calm, competent, and fair in stressful situations
• Passion for fashion trends and team-oriented mindset
• Career changers from other industries are welcome
