Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Advise customers competently and with a sense of fashion regarding eyewear
• Actively listen to customer needs and inspire them with products
• Support the integration and onboarding of new team members
• Work collaboratively within the team to achieve shared goals
• Provide leadership support as an Assistant Store Manager

Requirements

• Initial professional experience in personnel leadership (ideally as a Store Manager)
• High level of customer and employee orientation
• Ability to remain calm, competent, and fair in stressful situations
• Interest in fashion trends and teamwork
• Career changers from other industries are welcome
