About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as assistant and deputy to the Store Manager, serving as a positive role model
- Motivate colleagues in implementing sales-promoting measures
- Provide competent and fashion-conscious customer advice
- Integrate and onboard new team members
- Work collaboratively within the team to achieve common goals
Requirements
- Initial professional experience in personnel management (ideally as a Store Manager)
- High level of employee and customer orientation
- Ability to remain calm, competent, and fair in stressful situations
- Interest in fashion trends and team-oriented mindset
- Career changers from other industries are welcome
