Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as assistant and deputy to the Store Manager, serving as a positive role model
• Motivate colleagues in implementing sales-promoting measures
• Provide competent and fashion-conscious customer advice
• Integrate and onboard new team members
• Work collaboratively within the team to achieve common goals

Requirements

• Initial professional experience in personnel management (ideally as a Store Manager)
• High level of employee and customer orientation
• Ability to remain calm, competent, and fair in stressful situations
• Passion for fashion trends and teamwork
• Career changers from other industries are welcome
