Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Associates
- Drive the achievement of sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to all clients
- Manage retail operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and operational excellence
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within the cosmetics industry
- Previous supervisory experience with a track record of coaching and mentoring others
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
