Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Associates
• Drive the achievement of sales, customer service, and operational targets
• Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to all clients
• Manage retail operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and operational excellence

Requirements

• Proven retail experience, preferably within the cosmetics industry
• Previous supervisory experience with a track record of coaching and mentoring others
• Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
