Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Oversee daily store processes including receiving, shelf replenishment, order picking, and packaging
• Coordinate and lead the store team to achieve productivity goals and deliver excellent user experiences
• Ensure inventory adequacy through regular stocktakes and audits, resolving any discrepancies
• Identify operational issues and process improvement opportunities to report to the Store Manager
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene and safety regulations, and proper workspace organization

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in q-commerce, retail, food trade, or hub operations
• Proven ability to motivate, guide, and organize a team
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide effective feedback
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Tech-savvy with a strong relationship with technology and digital systems
• Ability to work flexible shifts
