About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage point of sale operations including sales, product, turnover, and team management to maximize returns.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating needs, boosting sales, and managing refunds or alterations.
- Support the Store Manager in talent development, training, motivating the team, and organizing staff rotas.
- Oversee store operations including opening/closing procedures, facility maintenance, and shop cleanliness.
- Control stock loss, coordinate safety, and supervise POS transactions such as exchanges and till incidences.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, informing and training the team to ensure sales goals and action plans are met.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment of comparable size.
- High School Diploma or Technical Certificate.
- Advanced proficiency in English and fluency in Spanish.
- Computer literate with strong technical skills.
