Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading sales efforts and developing growth strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clientele
• Assist in hiring, training, and coaching staff to achieve sales goals
• Manage inventory levels and optimize stock mix based on sales trends
• Oversee department store operations, costs, and compliance
• Champion a sophisticated and personalized client journey
• Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
• Act as a brand ambassador to department store leadership and personal shoppers

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English
• Strong knowledge of luxury jewellery retail
• Proven track record of delivering sales results in a luxury environment
• Proactive leadership and effective communication skills
• Strong business and commercial acumen
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically in luxury jewellery
• Fluency in additional languages such as Chinese, Arabic, or Russian
