Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage store team members and drive overall store success
• Hold Sales Associates accountable for meeting sales goals through exceptional customer service
• Lead by example as a primary sales driver, providing training and coaching to the team
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing procedures, returns, and special orders
• Maintain store presentation by assigning tasks related to cleaning, stocking, and merchandising
• Maintain deep product knowledge to assist customers and team members with technical inquiries

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales management, product sales, or customer service experience
• Proven experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or teaching a team
• Proficiency with computers, specifically MS Excel
• Experience working with POS systems
• A self-starter mentality with a focus on delivering a personalized retail experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Motorcycle riding experience, knowledge, or a strong interest in the riding community
