Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage team members and drive store success by ensuring exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals
• Lead by example as a primary sales driver, providing training and communicating goals to Sales Associates
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing procedures, returns, special orders, and task delegation
• Maintain store presentation by assigning and assisting with cleaning, stocking, organizing, and merchandising
• Maintain deep product knowledge to serve as a resource for both customers and team members

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales management, product sales, or customer service experience, ideally in specialty retail
• Proven experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or teaching a team
• Proficiency with computers (MS Excel) and POS systems
• A self-starter mentality with a commitment to delivering a personalized retail experience
• An open mind and eagerness to learn about the riding community

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RetailPro POS systems
• Motorcycle riding experience, knowledge, or a strong interest in the industry
