Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model
• Lead the store team to drive sales and achieve individual and team KPIs
• Assist with daily retail operations, including POS management, stock replenishment, and pricing
• Oversee store-wide operations in partnership with the Store Manager, including opening and closing procedures
• Maintain store cleanliness, recovery standards, and inventory control
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and brand initiatives
• Champion a positive team culture and adhere to all company policies and asset protection procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2-3 years of retail experience; prior store leadership experience is preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more and move merchandise using appropriate equipment
• Ability to climb ladders and perform physical tasks such as kneeling or balancing
• Strong communication skills and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
