Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model
• Lead the store team to drive sales performance and achieve individual KPIs
• Assist with daily retail operations, including POS management, stock replenishment, and pricing
• Oversee store-wide operations in partnership with the Store Manager, including opening and closing procedures
• Maintain store cleanliness, recovery standards, and inventory control
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and brand initiatives
• Champion a positive team culture and adhere to all Asset Protection and compliance policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2-3 years of retail experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more and move merchandise throughout the store
• Ability to climb ladders and perform physical tasks such as kneeling or balancing

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a retail store leadership role
• Proven track record of inspiring and empowering teams to achieve results
