Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model
• Lead the store team to drive sales performance and achieve individual KPIs
• Assist with daily retail operations, including POS management, stock replenishment, and pricing
• Oversee store-wide operations in partnership with the Store Manager, including opening and closing procedures
• Champion a positive team culture by sharing feedback and demonstrating core company values
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and brand initiatives
• Adhere to all company policies regarding asset protection, inventory control, and shortage prevention

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2-3 years of retail experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise throughout the store

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a retail store leadership role
• Proven track record of inspiring and empowering teams to achieve results
