Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model
• Lead the store team by coordinating, delegating, and prioritizing daily tasks
• Assist with retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, and pricing
• Champion a positive team culture and demonstrate core company values
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product launches and collaborations
• Adhere to all company policies regarding asset protection and inventory control
• Partner with Store Management to drive sales performance and improve KPIs

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2-3 years of retail experience (prior store leadership preferred)
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more and move merchandise using appropriate equipment
• Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise
