Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the V.I.B.E.S service model
• Lead the store team to drive sales and support daily operations, including opening/closing and cash handling
• Assist with retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing, and markdowns
• Partner with the Store Manager to coordinate, delegate, and prioritize tasks across all teams
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product launches and brand initiatives
• Adhere to all company policies, including asset protection, inventory control, and shortage prevention
• Model best practices to improve individual KPIs and inspire team success

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2-3 years of retail experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours per shift and move around the store continuously
• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders and arrange items on shelves and racks

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a retail store leadership role
• Proven track record of inspiring and empowering teams to achieve results
