Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
• Lead the store team in meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including sales and consumer service
• Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize store tasks to meet daily deadlines
• Support team members in retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, and pricing
• Assist in various departments including visual presentation and stock room management
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention

Requirements

• 2–3 years of total retail experience, with a preference for previous store leadership roles
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to empower a team to achieve results
• Strong communication skills in both English and the local language
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in MS Office and various POS systems
• A proactive approach to tasks with strong attention to detail
