About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
- Lead the store team in meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including sales and consumer service
- Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize store tasks to meet daily deadlines
- Support team members in retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, and pricing
- Assist in various departments including visual presentation and stock room management
- Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention
Requirements
- 2–3 years of total retail experience, with a preference for previous store leadership roles
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to empower a team to achieve results
- Strong communication skills in both English and the local language
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in MS Office and various POS systems
- A proactive approach to tasks with strong attention to detail
