About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
- Lead the store team in meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including sales and consumer service
- Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize store deadlines and daily activities
- Support team members in daily retail operations, including POS management, stock replenishment, and pricing
- Assist in various departments such as visual presentation, product knowledge, and stock room management
- Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention
- Contribute to an enjoyable team environment that encourages the sharing of ideas and suggestions
Requirements
- 2–3 years of total retail experience
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to empower a team and achieve results
- Strong communication skills in both the local language and English (written and verbal)
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in MS Office and various POS systems
- A proactive approach to tasks with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail store leadership role
