Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
• Lead the store team in meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including sales and consumer service
• Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize store deadlines and daily activities
• Support team members in daily retail operations, including POS management, stock replenishment, and pricing
• Assist in various departments such as visual presentation, product knowledge, and stock room management
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention
• Contribute to an enjoyable team environment that encourages the sharing of ideas and suggestions

Requirements

• 2–3 years of total retail experience
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to empower a team and achieve results
• Strong communication skills in both the local language and English (written and verbal)
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in MS Office and various POS systems
• A proactive approach to tasks with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail store leadership role
