Responsibilities
- Manage talent and inspire the team to ensure a great customer experience

- Maintain assigned budget, control expenses, and manage inventory

Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience
- 1 year of previous sales management experience
- Experience in operational, financial, and performance management
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks like standing, bending, and reaching
- Passion for hair and beauty products
