Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage talent and inspire the team to ensure a great customer experience
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals
• Maintain assigned budget, control expenses, and manage inventory
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety and security rules
• Foster an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience
• 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks like standing, bending, and reaching
• Passion for hair and beauty products

Preferred Qualifications

• Cosmetology license
