Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading associates, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences and brand standards.
• Supervise and support associate daily goals to maximize sales, KPIs, and customer loyalty through in-store and omni-channel models.
• Engage, train, and develop team members, providing coaching and counseling to address performance opportunities.
• Manage store operations including inventory ordering, shipment processing, payroll hours, and scheduling.
• Ensure execution of digital strategies such as omni-channel fulfillment (SFS/SDD/BOPIS).
• Maintain a safe environment and protect company assets by enforcing loss prevention, cash control, and inventory procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with both team members and management.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience.
• 1+ year of prior management experience.
• Valid Cosmetology license.
