Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates to deliver exceptional client experiences and maximize sales/KPIs
• Maintain brand standards including merchandising, POGs, and marketing
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve positive results
• Manage store operations including inventory, ordering, and shipment processing
• Oversee payroll hours and staff scheduling to meet business needs
• Ensure store safety and compliance with loss prevention and HAZMAT policies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• 1+ year of management experience preferred
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with management
• Availability to work flexible schedules based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is desirable but not required
