Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading associates, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences and brand standards.
• Supervise and support associate daily goals to maximize sales, KPIs, and customer loyalty.
• Engage, train, and develop team members through coaching and counseling to achieve positive results.
• Manage store operations including inventory, shipment processing, payroll hours, and scheduling.
• Ensure execution of digital strategies and omni-channel fulfillment processes.
• Maintain a safe store environment and enforce loss prevention, cash control, and inventory procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Flexible scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with management and staff.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is desirable but not required.
