Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and shipment processing.
• Lead, train, and develop store associates to achieve sales KPIs and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain brand standards through effective merchandising, planogram execution, and marketing compliance.
• Manage omni-channel fulfillment processes, including SFS, SDD, and BOPIS.
• Drive results by coaching team members and holding them accountable to company policies and performance expectations.
• Ensure a safe store environment by following all safety, loss prevention, and HAZMAT protocols.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Cosmetology license is desirable but not required.
