About the role
Responsibilities
- Coach retail sales associates to meet sales targets and service metrics
- Facilitate onboarding and ongoing development for new hires
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product demo functionality
- Partner with the Store Manager on staffing, scheduling, and customer escalations
- Implement operational procedures to enhance store efficiency and inventory control
- Lead inventory accuracy efforts through regular cycle counts
- Analyze performance data to identify sales trends and optimization opportunities
- Provide expert product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, including nights and weekends
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Experience coaching and managing sales teams
- Strong inventory management skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
