Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Coach retail sales associates to meet sales targets and service metrics
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing development for new hires
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product demo functionality
• Partner with the Store Manager on staffing, scheduling, and customer escalations
• Implement operational procedures to enhance store efficiency and inventory control
• Lead inventory accuracy efforts through regular cycle counts
• Analyze performance data to identify sales trends and optimization opportunities
• Provide expert product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, including nights and weekends

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• Experience coaching and managing sales teams
• Strong inventory management skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
