About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the retail sales team to achieve sales and service metrics
- Provide onboarding support and continuous feedback to new hires
- Oversee daily sales floor operations, including staffing, scheduling, and customer escalation resolution
- Drive operational excellence through effective inventory management and cycle counts
- Maintain store environment standards, including planograms and branding compliance
- Monitor store reports to identify opportunities in sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Administer cash handling policies and procedures
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand and move about the store for long periods
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience working at Comcast
