Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the retail sales team to achieve sales and service metrics
• Provide onboarding support and continuous feedback to new hires
• Oversee daily sales floor operations, including staffing, scheduling, and customer escalation resolution
• Drive operational excellence through effective inventory management and cycle counts
• Maintain store environment standards, including planograms and branding compliance
• Monitor store reports to identify opportunities in sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Administer cash handling policies and procedures

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to stand and move about the store for long periods
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Previous experience working at Comcast
