Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Coach retail sales associates to meet sales targets and service metrics while fostering a high-performance culture
• Facilitate effective onboarding and ongoing development for new hires to ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure operational functionality of product demonstrations
• Partner with the Store Manager to coordinate staffing, scheduling, and efficient resolution of customer escalations
• Implement operational procedures to enhance store efficiency, focusing on inventory control and back-of-house organization
• Lead inventory accuracy efforts through regular cycle counts and adherence to management best practices
• Analyze performance data to identify sales trends and opportunities for process optimization
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, including the ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in retail or sales management
• Proven experience coaching and developing sales teams
• Expertise in inventory control and management processes
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, though a combination of coursework and experience will be considered
