About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Store Manager to coordinate staffing, scheduling, and customer escalations
  • Implement operational procedures to enhance store efficiency and inventory control
  • Lead inventory accuracy efforts through regular cycle counts
  • Analyze performance data to identify sales trends and optimization opportunities
  • Provide expert knowledge on products, services, and industry trends

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in retail sales leadership
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
