Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product advice to enhance the shopping experience
• Maximize store sales and monitor progress against key performance indicators
• Support the leadership and development of the store team through training and motivation
• Ensure high visual merchandising standards are met in accordance with company guidelines
• Maintain a positive work environment and communicate effectively across all levels
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while suggesting improvements
• Assume full responsibility for the store during the Store Manager's absence

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent qualification
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales-oriented role
• Fluency in German and professional proficiency in English
• Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train team members
• Passion for the outdoors and active lifestyle
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
