Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product advice to elevate the consumer experience
• Maximize store sales and monitor progress against key performance targets
• Assist in leading, training, and evaluating the store team in collaboration with the Store Manager
• Coach and motivate staff to maximize individual and team performance
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with corporate guidelines
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed and suggest operational improvements
• Assume responsibility for the store during the Store Manager's absence

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• At least 1 year of retail management or customer service leadership experience
• Professional fluency in English
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and multi-tasking skills
• A passion for the outdoors and an enthusiastic attitude
