Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail team to provide exceptional customer service and drive business results
• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor
• Coach team members on service standards, product features, and omnichannel experiences
• Analyze business KPIs and take necessary actions to improve store results
• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a successful team
• Partner with the Store Manager to execute merchandising standards and promotional planning
• Reduce loss through consistent customer service, education, and operational controls

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient in computer and technology skills, including Outlook and Excel
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and perform physical tasks like bending, stooping, and reaching
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, including at least two closing shifts per week
