About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the retail team to provide exceptional customer service and drive business results
- Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor
- Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a successful team
- Analyze business performance and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the team
- Partner with the Store Manager to execute merchandising standards, promotional planning, and product placement
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for both employees and customers
- Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs and credit services
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient in computer and technology skills, including Outlook and Excel
- Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, including a minimum of two closing shifts per week
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders
