Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor to ensure a genuine customer focus and high service standards
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for both employees and customers
• Analyze business results and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve store performance
• Assist the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a successful team
• Partner with management to execute merchandising standards, promotional planning, and product placement
• Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs and credit services
• Manage operational controls and tasks to reduce loss and ensure efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient in computer and technology skills, including Outlook and Excel
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and climbing ladders
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays (minimum of two closing shifts per week)
