Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor to ensure a genuine customer focus and a welcoming environment
• Coach team members on service standards, product features, and omnichannel experiences
• Analyze business results and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve store performance
• Assist the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a successful team
• Partner with management to execute merchandising standards, promotional planning, and markdowns
• Manage operational controls and customer service to reduce loss

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient in computer and technology skills, including Outlook and Excel
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and perform physical tasks like bending, stooping, and climbing ladders
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, including at least two closing shifts per week
