Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor to ensure a genuine customer focus and high service standards
• Coach and develop the store team to drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business results
• Assist the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining a successful team
• Execute merchandising standards, promotional planning, and markdown execution
• Analyze business results and report on task completion and financial performance
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for both employees and customers
• Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs and credit services

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient in computer and technology skills, including Outlook and Excel
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, including a minimum of two closing shifts per week
