About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor to ensure a genuine customer focus and high service standards
- Coach and develop the store team to drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business results
- Assist the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining a successful team
- Execute merchandising standards, promotional planning, and markdown execution
- Analyze business results and report on task completion and financial performance
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for both employees and customers
- Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs and credit services
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient in computer and technology skills, including Outlook and Excel
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, including a minimum of two closing shifts per week
