About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the retail team to provide exceptional customer service and drive business results
  • Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor
  • Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing the store team
  • Analyze business performance and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the team
  • Partner with the Store Manager to execute merchandising standards, promotional planning, and product placement
  • Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for both employees and customers
  • Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs and credit services

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in computer and technology skills, including Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders
  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, including a minimum of two closing shifts per week
