Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in driving financial performance, including achieving sales targets and managing top and bottom line results
• Drive operational excellence through effective inventory management, loss prevention, and cash handling procedures
• Manage payroll and scheduling to maximize productivity and enhance the customer experience
• Lead, coach, and mentor Team Leaders and Brand Ambassadors to foster professional growth and brand loyalty
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience by maintaining high standards in stock room management and sales floor best practices
• Oversee in-store operating systems including Point of Sale (POS) and Workday

Requirements

• At least 6 years of retail management experience
• Proven track record in store operations, including payroll, shrink, and inventory management
• Strong retail math and analytical skills with the ability to use KPIs to drive performance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, peaks, and holidays
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with affluent or luxury brands
• Previous experience in high-volume retail or pop-up environments
• Fluency in Mandarin
