Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and team leadership
• Drive sales performance by managing key KPIs including UPT, conversion rate, and average transaction value
• Recruit, mentor, and motivate the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Oversee stock management and maintain high standards of visual merchandising
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to meet sales and wage budgets
• Ensure impeccable grooming and personal presentation standards are met by the team

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or management experience within the retail apparel or customer service industry
• Proven track record of achieving retail KPIs and managing budgets
• Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
• Experience in stock management and maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Vibrant, energetic, and authentic personality with a positive attitude
