Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Support the Store Manager with daily operations, staffing, and performance goals
- Serve as key holder and leader on duty, including opening and closing procedures
- Coach associates, resolve issues proactively, and help maintain a motivated team
- Execute visual merchandising, restocking, and remerchandising to brand standards
Requirements
- Previous retail Assistant Manager experience or similar leadership role
- Key holder responsibilities and strong leadership presence
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to carry up to 20 pounds
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
