Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and deliver a top-notch customer experience that represents the brand's minimalist and sensual point of view
• Act as a Key Holder and Leader on Duty, overseeing opening and closing procedures and managing day-to-day performance
• Coach associates and support the Store Manager in driving daily sales goals and maintaining a motivated team
• Execute visual merchandising standards by processing, restocking, and remerchandising the sales floor
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador by staying current on fashion trends and building long-term customer connections

Requirements

• Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to resolve issues proactively and manage through challenges
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Ability to carry up to 20 pounds
