Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and deliver a top-notch customer experience that represents the brand's minimalist and sensual point of view
• Act as a Key Holder and Leader on Duty, overseeing opening and closing procedures and managing day-to-day performance
• Support the Store Manager in driving sales goals, coaching associates, and maintaining a high-functioning, motivated team
• Execute visual merchandising standards by processing, restocking, and remerchandising the sales floor in alignment with brand vision
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador to build customer connections and foster brand loyalty

Requirements

• Previous experience as a retail Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role with key holder responsibilities
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to lead by example and resolve issues proactively
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Physical stamina to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and the ability to carry up to 20 pounds
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
