Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales performance and motivate the team to achieve boutique objectives
• Train the sales team on effective sales techniques and customer engagement
• Co-manage the team to ensure full coverage and foster a synergistic work environment
• Oversee merchandising by preparing layouts with methodology and maintaining store cleanliness
• Manage operational tasks including cash procedures, stock loss prevention, and budget compliance
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and labor laws

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar leadership role, ideally within fashion or retail
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and progress team members
• High level of rigor, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage priorities and handle urgent situations with maturity
• Fluency in English to serve an international clientele
